Since Tues I have not been able to see the time on my Charge 3 without having to actually tap the face of the tracker. Normally just raising my arm up will display it.  I have done a reset 2xs and still won't work properly.   Is anyone else having this issue???  Also it got hung up to where it wouldn't let me clear and of the messages that came thru until I did the 1st reset......

Hold in the left button a few seconds.  At the top is 'Screen Wake'.  Tapping it toggles it off and on.  You want it on.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks. That is what I found when I googled the problem too. Not sure how it got turned off. But at least I know what to check if it happens again. 😊
