Today's app goals keep "blinking" once met

About 2 days ago, once I reached a goal - steps, calories, stairs, etc. - the app will show that i met the goal by turning a solid blue, and then 30 seconds later it "updates" and shows I met the goal again.  Basically blinking back and forth between met and unmet every 30 seconds.  Super annoying!

I'm on v3.7 now, and there is no more blinking or pulsing any longer.  So, I'm saying that has gotten resolved on my app.

App started blinking again today.  After having this issue resolved for 3 months!
