Touch screen does not work

Hi my touch screen is not t working I've tried to reset it countless times. Drain the battery and restart it and change the clock face its still not working.

Hello @Bia21 is this the Fitbit app screen on your phone? We are in the Fitbit app support. 

Or is this the screen on some Fitbit tracker model? And what model would it be? 

Have you cleaned the screen? Your hands at not wet or have skin lotion  on them? 

Have you restarted your tracker

Hi. Is screen on the versa it doesn't swipe or respond to any touch just the buttons on the side. Yes I have reset it and cleaned it. And have my hands cleaned without lotion. I have even changed the clock face as I saw suggested online. But nothing seems to work.

Hello, my fit bit lite touch screen also doesn't work. I can't start my workouts from the screen anymore but I have to open the Fitbit app itself and start it. I've also have problems with syncing so I have restarted my fit bit, my phone, clear my apps, changed clock face and etc. I actually got an email to send it back with a mailing label but I can't find the email or it got deleted.  Stacy

It happened to me as well. If you contact them by chat they will give all
the information and the reference number.
