Track your exercise tile not updating

Hi,

Everything is being updated besides my "track your exercise" as of this morning. Could you please help?

Hi there @CKfiThohlglglhl, good to see you are visiting the Fitbit Community. If you are logging exercise or your tracker is recognizing your activity this tile should be updated with the amounts of days you have achieved any activity.

If this is not the case, please log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings, access to  the App manager option and  look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and finish this workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized again, go back to your app and try again.
