Tracker Steps Lower After Sync Android

I don't know if anyone else is running into this issue, but when I sync my tracker on the most recent Android app update, the steps on my tracker lower. Sometimes it's only 50-100, but I've lost hundreds hundreds over the last couple weeks including over a 1000 from last night.

A very warm welcome to the Forums @Sean_Michael

I'd like to take a closer look into this situation. So that I can better understand, please answer the following questions:

  • When was the last time that this happened?
  • How many steps were lost after the syncing?

Look forward to your reply!

This seems to be the closest post about my issue. I'm hoping Fitbit reads this as it's 2 years later...I'm having the same issue. Walked over 5000 steps. When I came home to sync, device advised to out on locator to sync. Followed prompt and lost thousands of steps for the day.
