Tracker not found - Syncing issues with Versa

I have an S8 and no matter how many times I try, the Versa won't sink to the app longer than 5 mins.
I've tried everything that's suggested on the forum with no luck.
The versa is a brilliant watch which works perfectly with the LF Connect which updates my watch.
I use an iPod in the gym and use this to update the fitbit app. If not for this ipod I'd have smashed the Versa up and gone back to using my gear for the S8 which works perfect with the S8.
Obviously there's an issue with fitbit and Android operating system, and there's a lot of android uses like me been let down by this repeated ongoing problem.
Myself like a lot of fitbit uses out there take our workouts serious and if your app can't make the cut I'm going to have to find a more reliable brand that does. Getting very frustrated as I do like the Versa. Please, please, please fix !!!

I owe you an apology for the late response and thank you for your feedback regarding this matter and for letting me know that you have tried different suggestions mentioned here in the Community to address this issue.

 

I'm wondering which Android phone are you using? Note that this type of behavior is common in devices that hasn't been confirmed as compatible. This is not an statement that the app won't work with these mobile phones, but in occasions, the behavior is not optimal in scenarios like this. For more details on compatibility please refer to this article: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

 

As a matter of review I'm would like to share this article, although I'm sure you already tried it: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? This is just to confirm all possible solutions.

 

Also something that came to me while I was reading your post, is that if your iPod is around when you try to sync your Android. Is not common, but in some cases the bluetooth of other device may interfere with the syncing process. This just to add a quick suggestions to the topic.

S8 = Samsung S8. It should work with a Versa watch. I've been having the same constant sync / tracker not found issues and may finally have to give up on fitbit after all these years. Incredibly frustrating!

Hi Maschen. Did you find a solution? Mine started doing that last week and it's driving me crazy. I am thinking of giving up on Fitbit as well...
