Keep getting tracker not found message.It was last in sync 15/07 but nothing since.Didn't use my fit bit for 2 weeks while on holiday,charged it up on my return and it was ok for 2 weeks.I have the Charge 2 and a Samsung android phone.Any advice will be welcome.

I'm having the same problem. I have an Asus phone. Android operating system. Windows phone. I've tried uninstalling and installing and still nothing. Bluetooth can't find charge 2 either.

Hi I'm having the same problem... have u manages to sort it out... had the app for 2 years and now all of a sudden it can't find my tracker.
