Tracker not found, won't sync

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the App - twice. I have reset and charged my fitbit One. Bluetooth is on. I have powered off and restarted my phone. I deleted the One from the App and now I can't even add it back on. My phone App is just not finding my tracker. What now?

I have a charge hr and I can't get it to sync either. It doesn't look like my challenge group has been syncing either. I wonder if fitbit is having problems on their end. I've tried to synce to a computer, and I've reinstalled my app, charged my tracker, and done everything I can think of just like you.

Ok. Finally went back to the help section and checked that I had done everything that was recommended. Realized that the final step is to restart the phone. Did that and am now back "in sync". But boy, what a frustrating two days!
