Tracker not found

I'm getting quite annoyed at the moment. I'm trying to any sync my app on my phone to my fitbit and it's not syncing and saying tracker not found. I've done everything that these other post have said and I waited on the customer service line for 50 min. She had me do everything I've already done and then told me just to use my desk top and maybe try to sync it on my phone later. I did not pay 150$ for me not to use the phone app. Please what can I do to get it to find the tracker and sync. I've restarted it. I've re-download the app. I've set up new device.

The only thing that did the trick to me was to remove all bluetooth devices linked to the phone.. in the bluetooth settings on the phone.. then magically the tracker did want to sync again.. relinking other bluetooth devices back to the phone afterwards.. Cat Embarassed

 

Make sure that locations (gps) is turned on, as it's required to be turned on to, to be able to sync..
