Tracker not found

Fitbit lighting up and charges but isn't syncing with my fone. It says "Tracker not found". Have tried un/installing, updating app. restarting fone but with no joy. Any suggestions???

Hello there I have had the same problem since tuesday.  I have never had a problem till now so any help would be appreciated .

My charge 2 hasn't sync since March 22.  I have tried several things.  I haven't had it a year

Hi. I have also had that problem for a while, but have not found any solution for it yet. I can't find anything about it in the troubleshooting either. It is starting to really bug me. I have to restart my phone every day for it to work 😕

Found that resetting it worked well as I am now back up n running x

I've been having to restart my Android every week for the past 2 weeks because my ''Tracker is not found." Today it didn't connect at all so I unpaired my Fitbit One - bad idea since I lost data.

U need the original charger. Put the fitbit into it n switch on charger then with a pin hold it in the whole for a few seconds then it should be reset x
