Hello @aaylab14, let me start by giving you a warm welcome. It will depend on the tracker you have, although I saw on your Community profile you have an Alta tracker.
In this case if your tracker is not reading your sleep, make sure is syncing correctly and is showing other stats. If your stats are syncing, but not your sleep I recommend to try with a restart. For additional help with this take a look at the following post.
Because Sleep auto-detection require time to confirm that you’re awake for the day, it takes about an hour for your sleep log to appear once you’ve synced in the morning.
