Tried everything, Charge HR won't sync

I've reset my tracker, turned my Bluetooth off and on, restarted my phone...it still won't sync

It's nice to see new members around @MeganWill! Robot Very Happy I can see you have tried some steps to make your tracker syncs, but there are some others tips I would like you to try on @AlejandraFitbit post to make your Charge HR syncs with an Android device. Let me know if that works!
