My badges on my dashboard are displayed but the trophies I should of earnt are locked. I have tried rebooting the device and logging out of the account and logging back in. It is synced up to date. What is the issue and how can I resolve it?

It would be really useful to have a reply posted with some steps for others to take. I've had this issue too and from looking at other forum posts can see that people have been complaining about this since 2016 . If there was a reply somewhere which stated appropriate steps I'm sure it would help a large number of people.
