Hi
I regularly use my Charge HR for everyday use. Recently my husband has got me a flex 2 to use when I am swimming ect.
I have added my flex 2 to my Fitbit hub along side my Charge HR.
Only problem is when I turn the app on it thinks I am using the Flex 2 not my charge HR.
Is there anyway to tell the hub that my charge HR is my primary fitbit. I have deleted my Flex 2 off my hub as it been a massive pain in the ***
(Note....I am using a android device)

@Michelle1990, you should be able to have both of these devices on your account and sync both of them without any problem of worrying about which one is syncing first. If you want one to sync and not the other, move the one you do not want to sync to a different room as far away from the phone as possible while syncing the other one.

A warm welcome to the Forums @Michelle1990 and @USAF-Larry thanks for stopping by.
Keep in mind that the Charge HR will be prioritized over Flex 2. If you are seeing the image of the Flex 2 in the corner of the Dashboard, it doesn't mean that your Charge HR is not being recognized, don't worry it keeps syncing. And in this case, I recommend only wearing and syncing 1 tracker at a time.
For more information about having multiple trackers on your account, you can take a look at our Can I use more than one Fitbit tracker with the same account? article.
Let me know the outcome.
