Please can anyone help me to reconnect my Fitbit to my phone ,it's keeps telling me it can't find my phone

I have a flex, mine won't connect either.   I've done all the troubleshooting techniques and still getting the same results...can't pair to device.  I have a Samsung galaxy S8+.
