Trouble resetting starting goal weight and date

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Got Fitbit in 2017.  Entered weight goal and starting weight.  Stopped using fitbit for a while   weight went up.

Started weight loss again in November of 18.  Need my new starti g weight and date to reflect this.  Found where it is supposed to be changed, but after I go back to account and ap the starting date is set to a few days ago.

Please help me have the application reflect the correct start date and starting weight.

Welcome to the Forums @Brat98765.

Thanks for bringing this up.

It should be possible to set the specific starting date when you are setting up a new food plan and weight goal. You can set it by going into the food log section. There, scroll down and look for the Food Plan section. Once you are setting up a plan, it will give you the option to set the starting weight and date.

Hope you find it useful! Let me know if there  are any further questions.

Thanks. I did solve.this. turns out when I set the starting weight it
made an entry on the wrong day. I took that out of the log and it went
back to the proper date.
