I have the Fitbit Sense. Ever since the latest software update my Sense is having trouble syncing. I have to constantly shutdown my Sense and do a app force stop. I tried contacting Fitbit but all he gave me was the latest software. My app is saying I'm completely up to date. I just wanted to let Fitbit know about this problem.

@Katinag Welcome to the forums. Thanks for reaching out regarding the Sense not syncing after the last update. Do you mean the last Firmware Update? I suggest you try the tips in the following article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? - click here. However, I suggest you keep in touch with Fitbit support. They will continue to help you out.
