Is there a way to shut down or restart my versa 3 from the app?? The screen only blinks on for part of a second when I press the side button on my device, so I can't restart from the versa itself ...I don't know what else to do. Do I just let the device die and hope when I charge it again it restarts correctly?? Help please 🥺

Also, holding the side button doesn't work either....I've tried that and the screen just stays blank...
