Unabel to synk

I have just got at new mobile, and I can´t synk. It´s a Huawei p9 lite.

On the web it´s look like my mobile is not compatibily with the charge 2. What can I do?

Unfortunately there are lots of posts in the community confirming that you can't sync your fitbit with a P9 Lite.

Your choices are fairly limited: use a different phone / tablet if you have one that's on the supported list at www.fitbit.com/devices or perhaps use a computer to sync although this would depend on the computer and OS as to how you do this. The following help file explains more:
