I don't have the option of "my family" when I follow these instructions. However I previously had my daughter set up just fine on my Fitbit account and app.

Hello @Porridge300 and welcome to the Community. I must start with a disclaimer, in that I don't use this feature. But I think there is a mistake in that Help article. Please tap on the You tab, then Family in the Community section. Please get back to us if your daughter isn't listed in your Family. You shouldn't need to add her again.

Hello, thank you for the suggestion.
You're right I can find my daughter via the family community, but from there I cannot sync her watch and show her the stats she's collected in the app...or anywhere
