Unable to add device through app

Hello, i am unable to add versa 2 via the fitbit app, it says network Operation failed fitbit is down for maintenance.

I have tried clearing cache and my network is fine. Phone has gps and Bluetooth on as well.

Ihve been trying to do this since 2 days now, please guide.

Please try removing the device, if present, from the Bluetooth and the Fitbit App and any other device connected to the App, including MobileTrack.

Turn off any other Bluetooth devices and if it was installed on another device also remove it.

Logout of the Fitbit App on the phone, and restart both watch and phone.

Login to the Fitbit App and click on profile photo [top left]

Then click on [+ Set up a Device]
