Unable to add flex as a device to LG V10

I tried to add fitbit flex to fitbit app. My phone is LG V10. Previously I added the flex to Iphone 5S. I think Im currently having a bluetooth problem. I tried to restart bluetooth but it didnt work. Van you help me to solve this problem?

@ozcanserhat Welcome to the Community! Thank you so much for all the details that you've mentioned. I was checking the list of supported devices and I couldn't find your LG V10. So, I believe that's the reason why you're unable to add your Flex to your mobile device. 

 

As an alternative solution, you can set up your Flex using your Dongle and you can user your app to log food or exercise.
