This is very frustrating and I've posted ok someone else's with the same problem.
I have started a new group but cannot add "new friends". In order to add them I have to disband the group and then they pop up on my friends list. Is there a reason why I cannot add them immediately?
I do not want to disband the group everytime someone wants to join.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this inconvenience and how many times since then? Which Android mobile device are you using? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps and let me know if you continue experiencing such difficulties:
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
- Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
- Reboot your mobile device.
- Reinstall the Fitbit app.
- Login using your account credentials.
