Unable to adjust quantity of custom food

I just created a custom meal with 12 items. I input the items for my full recipe of six cups. I then went to add the custom meal to my food log and discovered I could not adjust the quantity. My full recipe is for six cups and I would like to be able to tell Fitbit that I'm only eating one cup but there is no way to do that. I see that it adds each of the individual items to my food intake log but there is no way I'm going to go through and adjust a dozen items to match what I actually ate. Is there a way around this? If not, please fix this in the Android app.

I just created a custom food but I was unable to put in all of the macronutrients that are logged when I add a single food my food log. For example, I cannot provide iron or calcium for custom foods yet they are lied when I put a food in such as Apple. Please allow all of the nutrients that you include for a logged single food in defining a custom food.
