Keep getting the message: "FitBit has stopped" with 2 options below: 1) Open app again or 2)Send Feedback

 

Yes I have all permissions on and have tried reinstalling the app.

I appreciate the troubleshooting performed prior to posting. Let's try the following steps: 

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app 

- Clear the app cache

- Restart your phone 

- Log back in

 

If you're still getting this error message, provide me with the phone model and OS installed.
