Unable to change my profile picture

I am having trouble changing my profile picture, posting in groups, and inviting people for challenges.

Hi, @Paidamoyo, welcome to the community. Go to your online dashboard>click the settings gear wheel in the top right corner>settings>change the profile picture.

@Paidamoyo I've moved your post to the Android App board to keep the forums organized. Thanks for the details and if you haven't done so, please follow the steps described by our friend to change your profile picture from your online dashboard.

In regards to your other inquiry, do you mean your closed groups? Or is the issue with the Feed not showing your comments? If you haven't done so, let me recommend the following steps:

  1. On your phone's settings tap Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  2. Go back one screen, tap Force Stop and reboot your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  4. Try posting in any closed or open groups and let me know how it goes. You can also try inviting more people to your challenge, just make sure the limit of participants hasn't been reached.
