Thanks for letting me know about your Charge 3, and let's work on this together. There are some factors that may prevent your device from connecting with your phone. For example, if you've turned on other Bluetooth connections nearby or if the locations services aren't enabled. If this doesn't apply to you, please give a try to the following steps:

 

  1. Remove any device that appears in the Bluetooth settings.
  2. On your phone's settings, tap Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  3. Go back one screen, and tap on force stop.
  4. Verify that the Fitbit app is updated and reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap the account icon and the option to setup a device.
  6. Choose the Charge 3 and follow the onscreen instructions.
