Hi @DRW7575, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

I wasn't having any issues syncing until yesterday around noon. Now the app repeatedly tells me "device not found".
I restarted phone, bluetooth, even WiFi. No change.

My Samsung galaxy 10 plus was connected until March 13. I have done all of the troubleshooting advised and it still will not connect. Please advise.

Same situation here...the wife's Versa 2 won't connect anymore to her Pixel 3XL.
I have tried everything. Restart Versa, reset Versa to factory defaults, reset the app, delete the app, restart the phone. Nothing will work. It finds the device but can't connect.
Last sync was Mar 11.
I have connected it to an iPhone XR without issue.
I suspect this is yet another app issue.
Going to go download previous version and try that...

Sadly, previous versions did not work. In the end it turned out to be a phone issue. Did a factory reset and it was then able to connect. Tested with 2 other devices (one Android and one iPhone) and they connected fine.
