I can't get my fitbit charge 3 to connect to bluetooth on my Samsung galaxy note 4 ..I'm going to have to send the watch back and try something else worked ok with my charge 2

I appreciate all the information and details that were shared in your post, sorry for the Bluetooth inconvenience experienced with your Charge 3. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if this Bluetooth connection inconvenience is affecting the syncing process or the notifications feature? If you haven't already done so, please restart you Charge 3, make sure that no other Bluetooth devices are nearby and check the Bluetooth settings of your Samsung Galaxy Note 4 to verify how many Bluetooth devices are connected.
