What phone and Fitbit device do you have?  Have you tried deleting the Fitbit app from your phone and deleting the Fitbit device from the phone's Bluetooth settings?  Then re-install the app and setup the device again.

I have a Versa 3 and a Galaxy S10 and cannot connect the Bluetooth either, it was connected forever but I've not been able to connect for the past 2 months
