I've been trying to create a group. It does not allow me to upload a photo (access denied, unable to crop image). CREATE button turns light in color, not able to select.

I've read the inquiries on this. I have a Galaxy Note20. It is updated, I uninstalled, turned off, reinstalled, & still same problem. Please help. I'm wanting to create a group with family members to stay on track.
