Unable to delete Weight Logs

I had some old data that I removed in the FitBit online dashboard in my weight logs, and the data is still there in my app. I restarted the app, still no luck. I closed the app, removed cookies/cache/etc from my phone, restarted my phone, and tried deleting the data again. It refuses to delete. I just want my weight logs to start over, but I don't want to lose any of my other data so I don't want to delete the app. Any thoughts?

Hello there @alexag, nice to see you are visiting the Fitbit Community! I had exactly this issue yesterday but not with the weight logs, but with my water intake. Nonetheless I was able to delete the entry after I tried the same steps you mentioned in your post.

Other solution that you can try might be to uninstall the app and reinstall it again. Rest assure your information won't be deleted by doing this. After you install the app and log in with your same account, give it another try to delete your weight logs.

Hope this helps and let me know how it goes.

I ended up reaching out to the helpdesk (via chat, yesterday) and after some troubleshooting, was told I'd get an email from the developers with a solution. Got the email later that day, and it turns out there's just a major lag in updates or something. They said to wait a few days for the info to update (aka, be removed). It's still there today and I was able to delete a single log but the others refuse to be deleted (again). So, I will wait another day and let you know how it goes.

You're sure I won't lose all my workouts and food logs? I'm so nervous to lose it because I've really be sticking to my "calorie intake/output" that the app has.
