I'm having this message show up all the time and can't get it to go away. I've tried restarting my phone phone ( a Google pixel). I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and nothing works. I  know this has been a past issue for others but I have yet to find a solution that works for me on the forum. My current Fitbit app version is 3.6.1 for android using a Google  pixel  3.

Hello @Jgreen13, welcome to the Community Forums!

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post and for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Fitbit device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you received such message? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps and let me know how it goes:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

If possible, please send me a screenshot of the notification. You can refer to this post to attach the image into your post.

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.
