Hello,
I have noticed this problem with my Fitbit app not displaying the same information and stats compared to the stats that are displayed on the Fitbit website dashboard. For example, my entries of water intake through Waterlogged is up to date as indicated in my Fitbit website dashboard, however, this does not reflect the same on my Fitbit app. In fact, none of the water intakes I have logged through Waterlogged shows up in the Fitbit app.
I am using Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, Android. I would like to know what is the problem? There seems to be a syncing problem between app and website dashboards.
I have been searching for a solution but alas, I fail to find any solution. Is there any solution to have both my website dashboard stats be on-sync within the app?
EDIT: I have managed to update the stats by reinstalling the app. However, this has then led to another problem where I am unable to disable the device lock or access my wallet through the app.
First let me state that:
- I can access my versa as I know my pin correctly.
- I insert the same pin onto the app and every time I do it triggers the "Error Not Connecting to versa". Despite the fact that it is the correct pin.
-I have disabled fitbit pay through website and has uninstalled the wallet app in my versa.
- I am still unable to disable device lock or access my wallet. Help please?

Thanks. I have solved the problem. I had to factory reset my versa and delete my versa profile in my Fitbit account to get it to work things properly.

Thanks for sharing that you did get the information to show correctly by reinstalling the app.
In regards to the situation with the lock. I'd like to take a closer look. Could you share a screenshot of the error message that you mentioned? That way I can take a closer look at what is going on.
