Apparently my Fitbit 4.46 is running with 6.46 on my Samsung Galaxy A5
I lost the FB for a while so uninstalled the app that I had downloaded last year.
Then I found it 11 months later and now cannot download again.
I cannot afford another FitBit.
Have BL Checker and Scanner on phone, everything is good there.
whats up??

I'm happy to know that you found your Fitbit device but seems odd that you're unable to download the Fitbit app again. First, I'd like to let you know that the Samsung Galaxy A5 is not compatible with our products and services, therefore, you may experience certain difficulties. However, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to try to download the Fitbit app directly from this link and let me know how it goes. Please make sure that your mobile device Android version is up to date. Also, p[lease reboot your mobile device and try again.
