Unable to download music

I can not get music to load. I get as far as.preparing to transfer but then a message pops up saying cannot sync because versa has disconnected but it hasn't. proress bar is about 3/4 finished when message pops up. Didn't have problem until latest update.

When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? I received the fitbit Versa 3 for a mothers day gift.  My old fitbit Versa doesn't hold a charge long and I had been wanting a new one.  The Versa 3 box states you can store and play music.  The versa I had 300 songs on it and I use it everytime I work in my yard which is in the summer several times a week so it was important that whatever I replaced it with...could store and play my music.  But when I got the Versa 3 and tried to load my songs on it...found out I couldn't load my own music...I had to pay a premium of $9.99 a month to a subscription service to listen to music.  That isn't what the box of the Versa 3 said.   I am returning the Versa 3 now...probably hasn't gotten there yet....and went to a store and bought the Versa 2 which states you can load 300 songs and play them.  I don't know yet if this is true.haven't had to chance yet to try and load the music on the new Versa 2 yet.   

We very angry and disappointment with fitbit for the false statment on the box of the Versa 3.    Wasn't going to buy another from them....but loved my old Versa and would miss not having it.....so going to try the Versa 2 and see what happens.
