Just purchased Versa 2. Want 'Find my' app phone by Fitbit. App list won't let me install. Gives message regarding IOS update and install button is grayed out. App is telling me Versa2 is up-to-date...what gives?

I'd like you to confirm that your Versa 2 has the latest firmware version which is 35.71.6.19. Also double check that the Fitbit app is up-to-date.

Hi Silvia. I am also new to the fitbit world. My app and watch are telling me it is up to date but I am running firmware version 35.70.7.14 on my Versa 2. How do I force an update?

Since you're new to the Fitbit world, it's normal that the firmware update hasn't popped up yet, please give it a couple of days. In the meantime ensure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date and keep the Fitbit app running in the background.
