I just changed my phone and reinstalled the fitbit App but i couldnt register because my email seemed to be hacked with another user so i had to create a new email and when syncing my versa 2 all data got erased!!!!
I had tons of very important data, badges, and I would like to get them back.... please help me

All your data is stored under the original email address you used. I think the confusion is that when you got your new phone you tried to create a new fitbit account. There is no need to do this. Instead, you just need to sign on as an existing user using the email and password you used on your old phone. Once logged on all your data should reappear.

I'm afraid that you won't be able to get access to your data unless you are able to sign-on to your original email. I think it might be best to contact customer support to see if they can help. You can get them via contact.fitbit.com
