I am unable to log into the Fitbit app installed on my new phone. After entering my email address and password I receive the message "La dirección de correo electrónico que has proporcionado ya pertenece a otra cuenta y de Fitbit existente" (The email address you have given already belongs to another existing account).
I'm using a OnePlus 8T

When you install the Fitbit app on a new phone you get 2 options when you start it: sign-in using an existing account or create a new account. That error message sounds like you are trying to create a new account but you don't need to do that. Instead use the sign-in option and use the ID and password you used on your old phone.

Hi @JohnPresland. Welcome on board. @SteveH Thanks for your great help!
@JohnPresland I've moved your post to the Android board as there are more chances to get related replies here. Thanks for the details provided and for your efforts while working on this matter. If you haven't done so, please give a try to the steps suggested by @SteveH to log into your Fitbit account.
See you around.
