Login in with my mail address and password does not work anymore even after going through the lost password procedure. I only can login on my PC through Google...
I get unknown user or invalid password.
A server problem at Fitbit?

Hi @BraulioFitbit,
The problem is Fitbit apps (Windows 10 and Android), does not have the option now to login via Google's login. For example, one will see the "Continue with Google" option when login via web, however this option is not available on Android and Windows 10 anymore. Is there a change of the way we log in now? Or
Google does not allow such method anymore? If this is the case, why one can login this method via web browser, but not on both Windows 10 and Android?
Hi @PaulPOP, is this what you faced initially?
Thanks to both

This is really odd...
When you click on "get help" and then go to "get support" - which you can click on... it goes to a page with 404 error!
I could log on to Fitbit using my computer but not on the Android device...
There are NO messages. It just says "please wait" and after a few seconds, NOTHING happens...
