Is anyone else having serious issues with the Charge 3 right now? Yesterday it told me it couldn't find the server when I clicked on the app and it attempted to update. I updated the app last night and it worked fine again for like 12 hours. Now I try to log in to the app (because its apparently logged me out) and it tells me I can't log in because it has an unknown problem. WTH is happening with the Charge 3's? I only bought mine a little over a year ago and I've already had to return it once (because the "waterproof" watch got water in it while I was wading in a pool and short circuited. I have a 2 year warranty but I don't want to have to return it again. I shouldn't have to keep returning it because FitBit can't get it together. I love the watch... when it works... which now is only like 50% of the time.

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
