Every morning I have to go through routine:

Attempt to get results

”Can’t find device”

Reboot Pixel 3

Reboot Charge 3

Try Pairing

Device doesn’t show up on phone

why does the Bluetooth on the Charge 3 shut down every night ?

is there a “Setting” that I have to change to keep the Charge 3 connected to phone ?

Is there “Setting” that will FORCE the Bluetooth on Charge 3 to remain active ?

Im sending this thing back if I can’t get it to pair. Just 3 days old.

Hello @BusterPetLuma, welcome to the Community Forums, thanks for bringing this to my attention.

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

I'll be around if you need anything else, please keep me posted.

Setting up the FitBit is  not the issue.

It works. But every morning I have to Reboot my phone (Android-Pixel 3), reboot the Fitbit, toggle Phone Bluetooth... Sometimes 2-3 times. Then it responds.

Why does the FitBit Bluetooth quit every day ?
My phone is connected to my other Bluetooth device (ear phones) while this all going on - with no disruption to the ear phones.

It is not my Phone. The Bluetooth works continuously. It is only the FitBit that does not respond.

Where in the setting can. I force the Fitbit Charge 3 can I force the Bluetooth to remain active 24/7  ? ?
