Unable to pair Luxe with Samsung Galaxy S9+

I've tried all the troubleshooting directions. The Fitbit Luxe doesn't appear as an available Bluetooth device for pairing with my Samsung Galaxy S9+.  This is very frustrating.  Should I return it and get a different model?

Hi @Kristen8955  while bluetooth is needed, it doesn't pair with the Luxe. The Luxe pairs with your email address/account. Click for directions on how to set up.

hello @Kristen8955 your lux is a BT Low Energy device and with all Low Energy devices the user will not be able to pair the device.

as @Odyssey13 points out, we need to setup the tracker, through the Fitbit app. this setup connects your tracker to the users fitbit account.

once the tracker is setup the Fitbit app will ask to pair the Luxe to the phone.
