Unable to pair Sense 2 to Galaxy S24 Ultra

I just got my new phone and I cannot get the sense 2 to pair. It's this phone not compatible yet?

You make a account and than there is your sensor 2 under charge 6 and pixel watch 2 i believe. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fitbit.FitbitMobile

Thank you for taking the time to share the inquiry regarding Sense 2. Sorry to know the difficulty that you are experiencing.

 I'd recommend trying the steps below:

  • Remove your Sense 2 from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Sense 2.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Sense 2.
