Unable to pair fitbit one

Hi I've been using my fitbit one fine since 2003. Recently I had a issue where I could it sync my steps from my computer and not my phone. I tried all the steps to try and resolve this including reinstalling fitbit on my phone, making sure my software updates on my phone etc were up to date but nothing worked. I then tried to uppair my device and replace it but my phone is not able to find it and says 'bluetooth issues'!

Hello, @Selina981! Welcome aboard! Smiley Happy Have you tried to restart your tracker? You could do it 3 times in a row, and then try to set it up as a new device. 

 

If this doesn't work please send us a screenshot of the message that you get, so we can further investigate.
