Unable to received call / text notifications from Charge 2 and Galaxy J5

Hi. Can't get call and message notifications to work on my charge2. I have a Samsung galaxy j5 and was wondering if it's not gonna be compatible with it.

Hello @Jen2504, nice to have you here in the Fitbit Community as a new member. Indeed the Galaxy J5 is not listed as compatible, however more details if this is definitive are unknown to me. Nonetheless it wouldn't hurt to try the following steps: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app).

We've been eager to get support out as quickly as possible. While many Android devices have a Bluetooth 4.0 chip, not all devices are able to be accessed by apps like the Fitbit App. To see the latest list of supported devices, please go to http://www.fitbit.com/devices. If your device isn't listed, you can check the link at a later date to see if device support has been added.

If your phone won't send notifications thru Fitbit app, try downloading Fit Notifications from Google play. This 3rd part app helped me earlier with an unsupported phone.
