Unable to see and read messages within the app

Hi,

   I have been facing the following issues for quite sometime now:

1. I am unable to see my messages in the app although i can see notifications. I can see the messages in my email but cannot view the same in the app. I am attaching a 

screenshot which is what i get everytime i try to check my messages.

2. Not able to cheer any of my friends as the app does not allow me to cheer.

FYI, i have already done the following multiple times:

Updated the app

Reinstalled the app

Checked all settings (inside app and also in systems-->notifications

Btw, the device perfectly syncs. No issues.

I am totally frustrated with the app.

I am having same issue with application on my mobile Samsung Galaxy A8. I did the same. In addition I am not able to post photos as well. It is crashing every time.

This is so frustration
