Hey Lizzy, I almost bought a Sense and I'd love to buy one, but,
I just found out in the app that the time is wrong, and noticed I can't set Israel as my country.
I understand there are regulations.
Where can I see the status of Fitbit's correspondence with the Israeli regulator regarding Fitbit's different functionality?

Hi there, @Matako.
I've moved your post to the Android board so you can receive more related responses. Thanks for your interest in the Sense, as well as the details provided. Before anything else, let me clarify that even though certain features need to be approved first, you should be able to set your country on the Fitbit app without difficulties. I understand this isn't the case and to work on this, please give a try to the following:
In regards to the SpO2 and ECG app, currently there isn't a time frame when these features will be available in Israel. Our team keeps working to improve the Fitbit experience and once there is a change, we'll update our official site. Your feedback is appreciated and rest assured it won't go unnoticed.

Hi there, @Matako.
Thanks for getting back and I'm sorry Israel doesn't appear on the Fitbit app. Given this situation, let's try changing the country in your online dashboard by doing the following:
