Hi, I am trying to set up my weight and in my personal file it will not let me enter a weight of 12.11, it keeps reverting back to 12.1. Also because I have been changing me weight I have been awarded a badge, can I delete this? Thanks Tracey.

@TraceyM. Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

 

If you're entering the weight in your Fitbit app, try the following troubleshooting: 

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app 

- Clear cache 

- Restart your phone 

- Log back in 

 

Our Support team can help you deleting the weight badges that have been incorrectly given to you, get connected with them here.
