Unable to set up Charge hr2

I have upgraded my HR to the HR2 but cannot change it on the app

It should be just a case of going into the account section of the app and selecting "set up a device". It then leads you through the setup process which is much the same as when you set up your first fitbit.

 

After this you'll have both fitbits connected to your account. You can leave the original Charge HR connected or remove it from your account in the same part of the app.

 

Is this the process you have been trying? What problems are you having?
